Birch Haven is family-friendly, welcoming, and truly a "summer camp" classic feel. The cabins are comfortable and well-appointed, with a/c, full kitchen, bathrooms, etc. while giving the vintage camp vibe so many are looking for. Great fishing, great little beach with plenty of floating toys in the swim area, and some boat rentals. We love this place and are always happy with it.

Best resort to get away from the chaotic daily lifestyle! Owners will treat you like family! The best sunsets over looking the lake!

We had a wonderful, relaxing, peaceful time. Went fishing, boating, 4-wheeling!!! Had tons of fun! The owner Tim Wurl and family are wonderful hosts!! You won’t be disappointed!!!!

  • This was our 9th summer up at Birch Haven Resort; our family awaits this week all year long. Our 3 boys just love coming up to Minnesota every summer. Our last day, last hour of fishing, and I caught the largest fish I ever had on a line. It was so fun landing him! The fishing is always great fun at Birch Haven!
